Only one advertisement, by a single buyer, will be allowed at any given time on a particular site page. Advertisements will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

We reserve the right to refuse any and all submitted advertising text, imagery, content and/or destination URLs at our sole discretion. Things we definitely will NOT accept include items which appear to be obscene or pornographic; encouraging of hate, war, violence, or computer systems cracking; or consisting of other types of content which might be objectionable or appear criminally misleading to most reasonable folks.

We will not be held responsible for outages stemming from our site host(s), your site host(s), your or our internet service providers, and all other technical elements completely or largely beyond our control.

We also reserve the right to cancel an advertisement contract whose destination URL or related content changes from acceptable to objectionable content after the advertising term has begun (no bait and switch allowed, folks!) and withdraw or change the specifications of this offer at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
