The Chance of a Realtime is a science fiction novel (based on the research behind the timeline and perspectives) which deals with time traveling among the years 1972 AD, 1990 AD, 2391 AD, 2483 AD, and 2823 AD. Jerry Staute (and you) get to see one possible future of the human race.
The story of Kerri and Cluke, 2017 AD through 2615 AD; Kerri is a brilliant and beautiful (and unimaginably successful) thief of the 21st century. Cluke is a stolen and modified version of Staute's own potent A.I. Kerri figures out a way to live indefinitely. But being one of us (raised in the 21st century) she discovers future centuries to be much tougher to get a handle on. After a long struggle she manages to actually lose her physical body (it goes its own way), and gets trapped in computers.
